I’ve been watching her TikToks and following what’s been happening, and something about it has really got under my skin. I’m honestly petrified for her. And it’s got me thinking that we really need to start talking more about the women of Afghanistan. Not just for five minutes when something shocking happens, but actually talking about what women are living through over there and getting people to pay attention. Because whatever your opinions are on this particular situation, there are real women living under incredibly harsh restrictions, and the rest of the world cannot just look away.
